Rafał Siemieniec has over 18 years of experience providing transaction advisory services for merger and acquisition projects, joint venture structures, and real estate transactions. He has advised both Polish and international investors in sectors such as manufacturing, construction, transport, automotive, payment services, and state-owned companies, assisting them in implementing investment projects.
As an expert in the real estate field at MFW Fiałek, he is also an author of publications on real estate law. He has successfully managed joint venture projects, conducted due diligence investigations, and facilitated acquisitions within the real estate industry.
Tomáš Doležil – Partner at JŠK, advokátní kancelář, s.r.o.
Tomáš Doležil áš graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno in 1998 and holds an LL.M. Eur. in European law from the European Institute in Saarbrücken, Germany. He also earned a Ph.D. at the University of Economics in Prague in 2006.
In 2022, he was named by CEE Legal Matters as one of the five most active M&A dealmakers in the Czech Republic and is repeatedly listed in the prestigious Chambers and Legal 500 rankings.
Alejandro Borg – Lead Executive legal partner at DF Advocates
Alejandro Borg is a Lead Senior Associate within the Financial Services Department at DF Advocates. He joined DF in 2015 and has since led and participated in the launch of multiple institutions, instruments, and transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and licensing projects. Alejandro also advises a number of regulated institutions within the asset management, funds, banking, and pensions industries.
Anabel Mifsud – Managing Director at Fexserv Fund Services Ltd
Anabel Mifsud is the Managing Director of Fexserv Fund Services Ltd. She joined Fexserv Group in 2008 to set up and lead the fund services arm of the group and regularly advises managers on fund structures both in Malta and other jurisdictions varying across different type of funds types and strategies.
Anabel is also Governor on the Board of Finance Malta, Chairperson of the Malta Asset Servicing Association and has recently been appointed as a Board Member of EFAMA.
